Longhorn Publishers joined the star-studded line-up of guests which included immediate Former President of the United States of America Barack Obama, legendary singer Yvonne Chaka Chaka and other dignitaries in launching Auma Obama’s Sauti Kuu Foundation, where they donated books worth over Ksh 1Million to the K’Ogelo Library.

Sauti Kuu is a foundation that seeks to provide an outlook for the future to children around the world.
Through their work in Kenya and Germany, they work with children and adolescents in an attempt to find ways and create structures that will help them become self-reliant – mentally, socially and financially.
They leverage personality training, educational workshops, sports and creative activities such as dance, music and theatre, to foster the development of personal and social communication and leadership skills, strengthening young people’s self-confidence and self-esteem and enabling them build motivation and perseverance.
The Longhorn Team congratulates Auma for achieving thus dream which will hopefully transform the lives of K’Ogelo youth.
